I haven’t figured out YET what makes the scale move. Days that I think I’ve blown it (too little exercise or way too many calories) the scale is down. And then, when I think I’ve done yeoman’s work and really should lose at least 1/2 a pound, it’s up. Go figure! BUT I’ve finally broken through the 60 pound barrier after trying for over a month to lose that last two pounds. Now to keep the scale moving, if possible.
