For Thanksgiving, I didn’t do too bad. It helped that the Cowboys Game was on right after lunch and I watched the whole first half while working out. It was such a disaster for “Da ‘Boys”. But I love to watch a Chip Kelly team dismantle the opposition. (I know, that’s heresy for a Cowboy fan.)

NOTICE to all: I’m going to take the time from Thanksgiving through New Years Day as a vacation from my strict diet. I’m going to up my target calorie count to 1600 calories a day. I’m still going to keep an eye on my carbs, and I’ll still try to exercise a little, but I’m not going to obsess about my FitBit steps for that period. I figure I’ve been careful for 317 days and I deserve a break.
