NOTICE to all: I’m going to take the time from Thanksgiving through New Years Day as a vacation from my strict diet. I’m going to up my target calorie count to 1600 calories a day. I’m still going to keep an eye on my carbs, and I’ll still try to exercise a little, but I’m not going to obsess about my FitBit steps for that period. I figure I’ve been careful for 317 days and I deserve a break.
