We went to the Japanese Restaurant for lunch and I had a bento box with sushi, tempura, teriyaki chicken AND beef, and three pot stickers. I LOVE Japanese food and when I’m adhering strictly to “the diet” it is totally off limit. So I figured I’d go one more time before the end of my diet vacation on January 2nd.

Yesterday was Christmas, and I threw caution to the winds. I even had a glass of wine with dinner, and several chocolates that Santa brought me in my stocking. I’ll go back moderation today, and on January 2, I’ll be back to strict calories/carb/protein control. (Sigh)
