NOTE: This was one of the reasons I gave myself permission to be a little bit slack about my diet this month. We had a festive three-course, holiday dinner last night, and I enjoyed every bite! Beef medallions AND salmon. Grilled asparagus, baked tomato and roast potatoes. Decadent salad with cranberries, walnuts and feta cheese. A lovely cannoli for dessert. Plus a glass of wine! No regrets!
