I went completely crazy eating rice and black-eyed peas, and then got into the sugared pecans during the football game. This stops now. I’m counting on y’all to keep me honest the rest of the year.

  1. Eating rice and black-eyed peas is anything, but crazy! Keep at it. Your continued efforts will pay off. I am starting the new year with a raw food cleanse. I am hoping my efforts in the cleanse will kick-start my year into a permanent lifestyle change of eating healthy and moving every day. Thanks for sharing your journey.
