I’m officially on a plateau, I guess. I expected it in December when I gave myself permission to eat a little more, and eat a “few” things that are usually not in my wheelhouse. And I didn’t gain anything during that month of “vacation from THE DIET”. BUT I’ve been really careful since January 2nd, and the scale is refusing to move (except up a pound when I eat too much salt and then down a pound the next day). I HATE THIS!
