REPORT FROM THE DOCTOR! My A1-C is down to 5.9 with no medications. I am NO LONGER a Type-2 Diabetic. I still have to watch and not regain any weight, but my blood work is clear! I can also cut out the statin, so I can eat grapefruit again!

Daily Goal:  I have an all-day retreat. I will keep my fingers out of the munchies during the meeting.
