Daily Goal:  Do my Strength Exercises.

Calories – 1485 A little over my goal, but I’ve kept the calories under 1300 since New Year’s Day. I’m allowed to relax occasionally.

Steps – 12,548

Progress on the Road to Rivendell – 40.32  miles of 458 miles. Walking on through the wood, after resting a while in the hollow tree.

Calories Burned – 2032

Total grams – carbohydrate – 124

Total grams – fat – 67

Total grams – protein – 76

Total weight loss – 70 lbs
