Daily Goal:  Get back to correct eating, with correct balance. Watch the carbs carefully.

Calories – 1407 Slightly over on the calories, but I took a long walk on the waterfront to make up for it.

Steps – 17,101

Progress on the Road to Rivendell – 54.44  miles of 458 miles. Still in the woods, but Pippin thinks they are too far south. Ahead they can see the trees beginning to thin.

Calories Burned – 2511

Total grams – protein – 44

Total weight loss – 70 lbs
