NOTE: I will be traveling for the next month. I’ll try to keep up with my diet (as best I can – eating on the train, on a ship, and in restaurants.) I’ll walk as much as I can. This blog won’t be updated until after October 24th. We hope Sam and Frodo will get to Mt. Doom and accomplish the quest, even though I won’t be going with them.

Crawl from hollow to hollow slanting toward the foothills to north. After several miles, Sam decides they should go back to road.
