NOTE: I’m back, just settling in. The scale had climbed on Sunday when we got back, but it’s been going down steadily since I’ve been more in control of what and when I eat.

Daily Goal: Commissary shopping, then be sensible at lunch (out). First nice long walk since we’ve been back.
