Steps –¬†5944 (Tripped and fell on my knee yesterday. Exercise is going to be limited until the body heals itself. Not seriously hurt, just bruised, but tender and I don’t want to push it. So it will be shorter walks and RICE (Rest, Ice, Compression, and Elevation) for at least today again. *Sigh*)
