NOTE: It’s been a month or more since I’ve updated this blog. First my Fitbit died, so there went half of my stats, and then I had to take two weeks and travel to a funeral. I logged my food while I was gone, but my diet was a disaster. THEN, December arrived with all the attendant parties, etc., and my diet continued as a disaster through the end of the year. I’m back on track now (15 pounds heavier than a year ago) but I’m determined, again.

Daily Goal: It’s New Year’s Day festivities. Don’t snack, and walk 250 steps every hour.
