Daily Goal: It’s the day after Christmas, and I must pay the reckoning for the excesses of the holiday. MyFitnessPal tells me that if every day were like yesterday, in 5 weeks I’d gain 25 lbs.

Steps – Target 10,000 – Actual 8041

Distance – 3.3 miles – cumulative in December – 132 miles (I can still get to 150 miles for the month)

Calories burned – 2126

Hours with 250 steps – 8 of 12

Total grams – carbohydrate – Target 146 – Actual 435

Total grams – fat – Target 51 – Actual 243

Total grams – protein – Target 65 – Actual 155

Total weight loss – 67 lbs (who knows. I’m not getting anywhere near a scale for a couple of days)
